The deep sump oil pan is designed for 289-302 blocks in Fox Body Mustangs with main supports. It features a 9" deep by 7" long sump and has a 7 quart system capacity. Removal of the crank scraper provides ample clearance for most main supports, and the pan requires one of our pickups.
With a 7 quart system capacity and an extra deep sump for increased oil control and capacity, this oil pan also includes a slosh baffle and provision for our pan mounted dipstick. Additionally, it comes with a magnetic drain plug for added convenience.
Recommended accessories for this oil pan include canton part numbers 15-625, 15-627, 21-060, 20-960, 20-950, 20-953, 20-850, 20-854, and 88-602.
