Cold Steel Bushman Survival Knife - Great for Camping and Throwing

The manufacturer offers additional features including a hollow handle that accepts survival supplies or a variety of handle extensions, maximizing reach, leverage, or ease of throwing. The Bowie blades have been heat-treated and tested to withstand over two tons of pressure on the blade/handle transition. Unlike the majority of hollow-handled knives, there is no joint or seam between the blades and handles. The blades and handles are cold forged out of a single piece of SK-5 high carbon steel and have been expertly heat-treated and tempered to RC54. Furthermore, they have been carefully ground to an extra thin edge, honed, and buffed by hand until razor sharp.

In addition to the aforementioned features, the hollow handles will accept survival supplies or a variety of handle extensions. There are two blade styles available: Standard and Bowie point, both featuring curved blades ideal for skinning and a multitude of bushcraft chores. The knife comes complete with a Secure-Ex sheath which houses a high-quality Ferrocerium Fire Steel.
